Event Scheduling

An event can be either automatically or manually scheduled.

Automatic: The Gantt scheduling engine will update start and end dates of automatically scheduled events based on their constraints, links and position in the task hierarchy. This means that the startDate and endDate will be revalidated and might be recalculated as soon as the event is added or loaded to a project.

Manually: Manually scheduled tasks are not affected by the automatic rescheduling process, they are meant to be adjusted manually by a user.

Duration Mode

Automatic: Duration will only be stored in FastGantt and will not be synced with any TimeTracking or StoryPoints on a JIRA Issue

Time tracking The duration of a task will be synced with a JIRA Issues Time Tracking

Story points The duration of a task will be synced with a JIRA Issues Story points. You need to specify how time 1 story point represents

Time resolution

Select time resolution of task duration. Minutes, Hours or Days.
